MY STORY
Hello friends!
I am Amol Bapat, Head of Training and Development at EnglishFirst.
In my career of more than two decades as a Cambridge-certified English language professional, I have played many different roles; that of a teacher, IELTS examiner, teacher trainer and corporate trainer. This has given me a wide exposure to the different kinds of challenges faced by learners of the English language. It has also taught me how to tackle these challenges successfully.
Building the language skills of learners and instilling in them the confidence to use the language in real world situations has been my aim since the time I started my career. Whatever your ambitions are, whether it is becoming a better user of English in professional and social situations, or it is about getting your required IELTS score for that career abroad, or if it is becoming an effective English teacher, I am here to help you.
Language is a skill and like any other skill, it needs time, patience and practice to master. Anyone who claims that he or she can make you an expert in using the language in a very short span of time is simply not telling the truth. You have to devote a certain amount of time in practicing and developing your language skills before you can become an expert user of the language.
Practice without focus and direction is not of much use. Your effort goes waste in that case. A good teacher’s job is to show the right direction and guide the learner along the way. I am here to do that. Let’s start this journey of mastering the English language together and convert your dreams into reality!
